Abstract The runway and landing gear speed difference causes non-negligible friction at touchdown, generating vital heat to raise the tyre tread temperature. resulting material decomposition reduces thickness significantly impacts flight safety environment. Airline operators also need pay cost of frequent replacement. pre-rotation strategy has been proposed prevent high-speed touchdown. Therefore, a mathematical algorithm is established on MATLAB simulate generation with various levels. validated by experiments, transient thermos-mechanical analysis ANSYS used as reference. presenting work one few that uses theoretical modelling generation. formulas presented therein, including Laplace's equation, make results reliable traceable.
